Well, as I have finally decided to pursue the dream and actually attend culinary school I have decided to put my passions down on paper… well :) the web at least. I am hoping that this medium will allow my love of literature and all this food to combine in a seemless way. Yes, there are a million food blogs out there but I am going to chronicle not only every recipe I try (regardless of how well they work) as well as the steps, the emotions and foods that are the progress on my jounrey to The French Culinary Insitute.
